Barfield Clinic, located in southern Murfreesboro, TN, is continually expanding services to meet the health care needs of our community. We are a paperless office on the cutting edge of both diagnostic and treatment fields. Our ever expanding list of services includes: primary care, urgent care, gynecological care (pap smears, etc.), well child physicals and immunizations for school entry and sports, adult and child immunizations for prevention and travel, DOT physicals, EKG for heart screening, Digital X-ray, fracture care for simple fractures, on-site medication Dispensary, spirometry for lung function testing, audiometry for hearing testing, many in house laboratory tests and on-site blood draw for other tests.

Appointments are available for all services but are required for: complete health physicals including pap smears, some elective surgeries (numerous skin tags, mole removal, etc.), and aesthetic services (chemical peels, laser skin treatment, Botox and Juvederm).
