Get Primary Medical Care

Barfield Clinic works as a team to provide full-scope primary care services. We treat both acute and chronic illness. Acute illnesses include respiratory infection, urinary tract infection, skin infection, and many other problems. 

Chronic illnesses include diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, depression, generalized anxiety, and other conditions that last from months to years. Our goal is primary care on demand. 

In other words, you can simply walk in and get your acute or chronic illnesses treated. Appointments are required for some services such as prevention physicals and well-woman exams (pap smears.)

Our Services

  • Gynecological care (pap smears and breast cancer screening)
  • Well child physicals and immunizations for school entry and sports
  • Digital X-ray and fracture care for simple fractures 
  • Immunizations for adults and children for prevention and travel
  • DOT (Department of Transportation) physicals
  • EKG (Electrocardiogram) for heart screening
  • Overnight oxygen testing, which is a screening test for sleep apnea
  • Spirometry for lung function testing
  • Audiometry for hearing testing
  • Laboratory service, including many in-house tests and on-site blood draw for other tests
  • Genetic testing for medication selection for depression, anxiety, and mood disorders
  • Wound care (burns and ulcers)
  • Biopsy (skin, cysts, and other suspicious lesions)
  • Wart treatments (cryosurgery, hyfrecator, topical "beetle juice," and candida antigen)
  • Joint injections (therapeutic steroid at provider's discretion)
  • Sports Physicals
  • Immunizations
  • Ingrown nail revisions
Appointments are available for all services but are required for complete health physicals, including pap smears and some elective surgeries such as numerous skin tags and mole removal. Contact us today!
